Tournament-poker vs Ring-games.

Hi. I need some tips about how I should change the way I play when i play multitable tourneys. I am usually a tight/aggresive player at the 15/30 tables. I always play 10 handed full games and win most of the sessions i play. But i´m not used to play tourneys and wonder how i should change my strategy. Tighter, looser, more passive, more aggresive??? Different in the early/late stages of the tourney??? Pleaze help me.
