I dont think banning people from 2+2 makes any sense unless using racial slurs , personal tastless attacks etc. If 2+2 only allowed posters that posted actual poker content I doubt it would be entertaining enough to scan on a daily basis.

As much as gnome accounts are breaking TOS of all sites I find more scary the possibility of losing a roll on any site for any reason. Poker sites need to realize that $$ in any account belongs to that specific person and not block access to withdrawing funds for any reason. Freeze/ban accounts etc is np for me but confiscating assets is always inexcusable, and I would withdraw from any site that stole a players $$ for reasons such as money laundering etc.

I'm glad Empire did the right thing giving access to your money, but if it's true that you have all these gnome accounts I certainly would support Empire banning your accounts.
