Default Switching from Party to Empire

Apologies for asking a question, I am sure has been asked many times before, but I am getting conflicting advice.

I currently play at Party but would like to switch to Empire for 3 reasons.

1. to get the 20% new deposit bonus

2. To get 10% of my rake back from an affiliate

3. To take advantage of the VIP EP points

I have been told that I cannot register a new account with Empire from the same IP address as I use for Party. I do not have access to another PC (other than at work and no way I am opening a poker account at work).

I have also been told that I just need to remove the Party software from my PC and then I can open a new account at Empire.

Please can you advise me on the best solution to my problem

Thanks
Paul

I would like to note that both Vehn's and 1800's posts were very funny.

But anyway, the IP thing/software removal thing is not true. I have sighed up for both empire and party on the same computer.

i'm confident 1800 has told you this but 10% is a very bad deal - several good affiliates on these boards will refund 20%+ - ask about or post asking for offers

i know a bunch of guys who have made the change recently - they all succeeded although several had dramas - simply use a computer with no party stuff on it to open the account - once its opened you can use it on any computer - i struggle to believe you cant find such a computer and get 10 minutes use of it
