AK against L-P Villain
In this hand, Villain is 51/0/1.36
I have not noticed him much so far except that he is loose. Flop: wondering if he would raise a draw or had two pair. Decided to call and see what he does on the turn. The turn bet was following that same thinking and seemed fairly weak. Re-raising all-in here was a thought, but decided against it as I was concerned as he's so loose he could have anything. His river bet seemed big enough to be not wanting a call... so I called. I really don't like the line but I don't see how to get more information out of a guy this loose. PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (5 handed) converter BB ($83.20) UTG ($43.60) Hero ($92.15) Button ($211.95) SB ($139.15) Preflop: Hero is MP with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Re: AK against L-P Villain
With his low Ag number, not horrible to fold to turn bet. Looks like your beaten. If you dont like this, you could stop and go. Bet half pot on turn.

Re: AK against L-P Villain
Congratulations on finding a loose opponent at Stars.
With his low aggression, I would be more cautious. I can see why you want to call the flop and see what he does on the turn. Another option is to call his flop raise and lead any non club, J, or 6. Since the 6 fell, I think you gotta check fold. Even though his bet is small, it is relatively large for these guys. Since they are donkeys, they don't think in terms of pot size. It's tough but I think you need to fold the turn. |
