Is this standard, or should I have bet and folded to a raise on the river?

But what if I value bet, and he's made a worse two pair and raises? Or do you not think anyone would check raise here with two pair? So I bet, he raises, I fold?

I bet the river but I don't think checking is horrible with no read.
