Whatever you do, don't walk across furry carpet and lean up against something metal. Static shocks on your johnson are not at all pleasant.

Speaking of getting shocked, everytime i take off my North Face fleece I am just a walking ball of electricity. Is there anyway for me to like, de-electricize myself without getting a major shock?

Touch something metal with your elbow or other non-sensitive part of your body. Or hold your keys in your hand and touch something metal with them.
