Empire Bonus

I made a deposit at Empire last night to clear the bonus but being clumsy as usual I entered the wrong bonus code and did not recieve the bonus. I emailed them right away asking them to credit my account. I know its been less than 24 hours, but is Empire always this slow at answering emails? Do I have a chance at getting the bonus? Or should I just withdraw the loot and move on to the Gaming Club bonus. Thanks much for the input.
