I 8-table the $33s. I've been at the $33s since January 2004, so I should probably should have moved up at least a year ago... however, I'm content taking money off donks, since this isn't my main source of income (busy life on Wall Street...)

I 10-table the 55s.

Speaking of the "change what you play based on when you play" plan... I agree that it's a good idea. My plan is to soon 8-table the 109s in peak hours and 55s in non-peak hours, but I haven't been able to play much recently, so that might have to wait a bit. (Right now I'm only able to play in peak hours.)

I have yet to determine what exactly "peak-hours" means, but right now I'm thinking it's probably around the 45k players online mark.

If you don't like improving at poker, or you HATE risks, then 200 buyins is fine. Otherwise, it might be time to take some shots at the 55s.

I'm planning on starting to 8 table either the 11s or 22s shortly.

I play with 100 buyins, and didn't move up to the $55s til I had enough to cover this.. actually I took a chance and went up $200 short [img]/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]

Here's another little indication of the waters being fish-rich. Wait until one of the HUGE $1,2,5,10 MTTs has been under way for about 20-40 minutes. By that time a LOT of the players have busted and guess where they're going? Bonus: they're on tilt and trying to "make up" their losses. Enjoy.

Stars regular 22's and 33's.
Stars Turbo 16's and 27's.
Sometimes 11's if I am having a horrible day or there are only very few people logged on.
