i dindnt cap him becouse his pfr is only 5, but i guess i should cap and lead the flop

i could cap, lead the flop and if raised, c/f non A/K turn.

You must be behind here fairly often and only beating AQs, AQo.

I still cap this PF and lead flop, your stats are only through 40 hands and you are opening from a steal position, so I don't think Villain's range is as narrow as you may believe. If I got to the river as you did I probably bet/fold, you could get an AK that is splitting to fold (unlikely) or an AQ/AT to call (a bit more likely), since this was a drawy flop and some of the draws missed. I don't think KQ/AQ valuebets/bluffs often enough when you check to make a c/call better than a river bet.

40 hands is pretty meanless when it comes to PFR. So cap and lead
