Who would you make disappear?

So, The Genie comes out of his bottle and is in a good mood. Not in so good a mood that he grants you wishes or anything, but he does decide to grant you a super power.

You can make somebody disappear. Not disappear like David Copperfield would make somebody disappear... you can make it so they never existed.

There would be no pain, no sorrow, no mourning, and nobody missing anybody. They would have simply failed to exist and the world would suddenly appear as it would be if that were so. Nobody would know any differently, and you would instantly forget that you ever made the decision. (The Genie is benevolent and wants to save you the anguish of knowing better if you totally f... this thing up.)

So, who would you make disappear and why?
