Default Flopped Set w/ Flush Draw on Board

What's the best way to play this:

You have: As Ac
Flop: Ad 9h 3h

... if there's 3 other people in the hand?
... if there's only 1 other person in the hand?
... if you had 9s 9c instead of the Aces?
... if you had 3s 3c?

First, decide what limit structure you're playing. Then move this to the appropriate forum. Then bet, raise, and reraise no matter which set you have. They all play the same as far as I'm concerned, inasmuch as you're not getting away from any of them.

I'm not sure how to move this, but I'll edit the original post to make the No Limit. Sorry it's in the wrong place. On second thought, consider this thread closed, I'll just repost in the other forum. Thanks for your help.
