His most probably hands are A4, AQ, KQ, JQ. The only reason I have for not 3-betting is that I'm not good enough to fold to a cap.

Floor it. Call a cap. I make the PF call also.

3-bet on river?
- Yes the number of hands he can have here to make a raise is AQ, KQ, A4, and TT (perhaps also QJS, but that call would have to be based on previous hands and not the stats).

In most cases he will have AQ and KQ here. Sometimes A4(but then u just laugh it off and get him next time since he has been stupid lucky). What do you all think of TT? The way he has played this hand if he has TT is very good IMO. If you dont have any good read on this player but only the stats I would three bet the river and call if raised. The only way u can just call the river raise is if u have a read on him and can place him on TT.

My first "strategy" post so dont be cruel to me

I agree. I would raise the river and call a cap, he could be raising with any queen, knowing you're (correctly) betting with any ten.
