How to take AND post my stats

Alright, once again before any flaming begins, I tried the search...try it yourself...how about something logical like +screenshot...see what you get. Now for the people who are interested in helping rather than flame a computer inept individiual I thank you in advance.

I want to take one of those nifty screenshots I see on here all the time so 1- how do I take the acutal shot and 2- how do I post it here so others can help me improve my game.

Assuming a Windows PC you'll want the print screen button on your keyboard to paste a screenshot to the clipboard. Then paste it into an image editor like Paint (if you don't have anything better) and manipulate it as desired to get just the part you want. To post stuff on the boards you need to host the image somewhere like ImageShack or PhotoBucket.
