Default Blackjack with the edge in the player\'s favor

According to , for Boss Media, one deck blackjack has a .11% (up to .14% but it's not very practical) edge in favor of the player. The software is pretty slow and you can only play one hand at a time. Max bet is $100. Say you can do 100 hands/hr (liberal estimate with their software). That's $10000 wagered/hr. With a 100.11% return that's $11/hr. Am I missing something? Does anyone see a more efficient/better way?
