Default Well, here is the pressure cooker

After 10 mths at a lousy job i have quit. The job was so bad it was affecting my personal life, there is an easy $45k a year gone, but ithink it is for the better.

I havent had a break for over 4yrs and am looking forward to taking a couple of months off, here is the catch i am anal about my savings going backwards, i currently have 32k in savings and a BR of $1200, this was $2k a week ago, but also was only $1k, two weeks ago, my BR has been very up and down, this is mainly due to playing 5/10 6 max, which i am just starting out and as you can see dont have enough of a BR for.

However, i would love to make some extra cash on the side over the next 3-4months, just enough to live off, about $400 a week. Any suggestions?, i am thinking of moving down to 1/2 and three table, or play 5/10 full one table and play like a rock. My full table game is pretty solid i think, and should be able to grind out a win, and including rakeback make some money.

Oh by the way i am not to worried if this plan doesnt work, as i can easily find a job, i just dont want to for personal reasons.

And if anybody replies with go to college i will..........

sorry if by reading this it was a waste of your life,

With your BR, I would definitely consider dropping down limits. 4-tabling 1/2 you could probably make around 2.5-3.5BB/100 hands, which is somewhere between $50-70/day if you play 4 hours. That's still not going to be $400 if you play 5 days a week. You'd have to play 7 days/week.

If you move up and play 2/4 then your goal is more realistic.

First of all, good luck to you.

Second of all, can you increase your bankroll at all? If so, increasing it to $3,000 and playing something like 5/10 Omaha 8/b or Stud 8/b might be worth your while, if you can learn how to play. The rakeback on Stud games is especially good, and the variance is a lot lower than in a game like Hold 'em. Sure, the EV is slightly lower (many would contest that this is not the case, but I play both and I feel this is the case), but variance is significantly reduced and thus makes for a very good game to grind out for 30 hours a week. The play in both games is mainly mechanical, where ABC poker wins you all your pots (Stud 8/b requires some creativity, though), making a simple by-the-book approach extremely profitable.

Whatever you do, best of luck.

Well Bambi... sounds like you will try whatever we tell you. So I think porn would be a good avenue. If you are hot you can support that BR pretty well. I assume you are a chick with a name like bambi.

Anyway PM me some nudes and I'll tell you if your not enough...

Try SNG's. 1200 is enough bankroll for the 11+1's. Check out this wiki and the STT forum. You should be able to four table those pretty quickly, and they are very soft.
