qq situation

Ok you have qq on button, at 25 nl 6 max. NO reads yet. You raise to 3 pf and get reraised to 6. You call the reraise it is now heads up with a king high flop, and 6 and 2 as the others. (rainbow) villain bets 12. Whats your action?

I fold. the reraise usually means a premium hand. Only hand of those you beat is JJ. I will wait a better spot to play my QQ.
