Default Stars $5.50 Quadruple Shootout w/Replay

Could someone explain what this tournament is, or more specifically, what does the w/Replay mean? I'm guessing it's a rebuy of some sort.

when you got to register for it, they explain.

The FT is going to be recorded, ,and replayed at a later date, and the hold cards will be exposed. so.. like a TV tournament

Great idea, but why for such a low buy-in tourney? Wouldn't this be mroe interesting for one of the bigger prize pool tournies?

PStars probably doens't want to run a test in a $1000 buyin tourney.

I'd imagine they're doing this with plans for next years WCOOP and (probably) some upcoming events. Maybe even the monthly $530 buyin. But you don't want some whack software failure in one of your major tourneys, so they test it out on a smaller one first.
