Default UB customer Support

I lost my UB password and when I "auto request" a new one they send me an email with the hint "temp." Which seems to mean I have lost it before and my current password is a temporary one they assigned, which I obviously still dont know.

They dont answer my general email and I can not find a customer support number. This problem has been going on for a couple of months with no resolution.

Any help would be greatly apprechiated.

the hint is what you gave them in case you forgot your password. i don't know if that helps.
