Villian in this hand was a LAP, though only have 24 hands on him. What do you think about river, I really wanted to raise, but then thought about folding... so of course i called.

Raising the river seems bad. You are only going to be called by a hand that can beat bottom pair. Only value in raising is if the villian is rather tight and may fold a better hand than yours but even if that is the case the play seems unwise as the pot is small.

I second that. When you get called on the turn, you've got to think your pair of 2's is no good.

Really 24 hands isn't going to be much to make an accurate read, but if he's truely passive postflop, as PT indicates, i think you can get away from this hand.
