Default The RobWim 3000.

Has anyone else been noticing that Robert Williamson III has been in tons of final tables and has received VERY little recognition for this? He seems to be a very very amicable guy and a very strong player, but I never see anyone talking about him. He's exactly the kind of guy that poker needs more of.

It's probably because he's an Omaha specialist. At least, that's my impression.

I like him too, as long as he doesn't lay it on too thick. Wouldn't mind seeing more of him.

I guess it means that the TV cameras don't follow him to the bathroom during the Omaha event at the WSOP.

He either hosts or plays in all those Poker Royale shows on Game Show Network and he gets his props when he's on ESPN. He hasn't shown up much on the WPT, is that what you mean?

sample size? he may just happen to get to the final table in a disproportionate ammount of TV events. i don't know enough about him, i suppose.

i aggree that he is an admirable player, though.

Speaking of, and I know it's Poker Royale, but what do you guys think of his poker commentary on there?

I think it's pretty good.
