post hands, reply to posts, read books, play poker. If you really want a coach, ciaffone is affordable although he primarily works thru email.

It's hard work; no easy fix.

The videos here mainly focus on cash game play, one of the main guys is "Green Plastic" on UB and has worked his way up to the 50/100 versus the like of Spirit Rock, Neverwin, Matasow.

RealTrainPoker is mostly tournament poker specializing in rebuys mainly.
