Default Flopped Flush

I recently played in a PS 55 NL Rebuy. After the first hour I had around 7,000. The first hour of the tournament was crazy as are a lot of Rebuy tournaments. On several instances during the first hour I saw a couple of player (including myself) make some big bets on a flush draw. In this situation, the blinds are 75-150 and an early position raiser makes it 300 and there is one caller. This caller is very aggressive and often times makes plays at pots that he may or may not have hit. I am on the button with 9-10 suited and I call the raise hoping for a good flop and I get it. I flop the flush but it is only 10 high. The early position raiser bets 1K and the aggressive player bets 3 K. Now there is about 4.6K in the pot. I have approximately 7000 (which is about average for this time in the tournament). I should I have played this hand.
