Re: PS $22 - JJ, flopped set, A on board with flush draw
What was going through my mind on the turn was that a flush draw probably wouldn't call 100% pot bet (which is midly dubious logic), and that if he had AK I could extract a lot of value by making myself seem less strong on the turn.
Does that make any sense? In hindsight, it makes a lot less sense than while I was doing it. |

Re: PS $22 - JJ, flopped set, A on board with flush draw
This does not make sense. If villian has a flush draw you should bet big to make him pay to chase. Believe me, the majority of $22 players will call for all their chips, most of them will definately call a pot sized bet. And if they fold, oh well you take down the pot. Giving them a free card is awful. Also, if villian had AK you'd see a raise either PF or on the flop. If somehow he does have AK or any A for that matter, he will call a turn and river bet. People don't call raises PF and hit their A and then fold. Get the money in while you can.
