well it seems you can BW the same network - I am just working thru the bonus on total poker part of this network

.25 rake usually happens at $5. You should get a Neteller account it's easier than credit cards.

Usual rule of thumb is 300 Big bets to play a particular limit

so $600 really needed for the cryptos. Also takes about a week to get your pin number through, so you'll be tying all your money up for a week chasing one small bonus
