I don't think this is even remotely close to a fold on the river, but I also think the path you chose to get to the river is sub-optimal.

I think 3-betting the flop and leading the turn is best, but can see strong arguments for smooth calling the flop and either donking the turn or check raising the turn.

never ever fold this river. you will see a lower pair all the time. you may even see air against this guy.

I think villian is a little too loose and aggro to fold the river. Against a 16/9/1.3 or something you could.

fold would be absolutely horrible. You also might want to consider capping the flop or leading the turn.
