Default Can I fold into money?

Absolute Poker Freeroll. Top 18 are in the money. 83 left out of 2000. I've got 43K chips, average is 36K. Level 13 about to start - blinds 300/600, antes 75?

How long are the levels?

Either way, why bother? It's cutting it close, and limping into the money is for little girls. You hear me? Little girls.

Why the hell would you do this? Its a freeroll. Get in there and try to get some infinite ROI.

Well more infinite ROI than if you just limp into the money.

You should start to punish shorter stacks and be increasing your stack while moving towards the money.

Doubt that's possible in a freeroll. I'd sit around for like TT+, AK or something and push.

I think generally people that have waded through 1800 people, whether it is a freeroll or not want to just throw it all away. So you should have the same passive stage as any other tournament, just beware of the folks who wont let TP go.

I think that's right. Even in a freeroll, the people who last that long play like it matters - not the same as a play money tournament. I left out one key part of my post -I didn't really have a choice...I had to go home from work (2 hour commute...actually 4 hours with the Holland Tunnel !@#$% up yesterday) and wanted to know what my chances were. Luckily I won a couple huge hands 5 minutes later to bring my chip count up to 135,000 with 57 people left, and folded my way into the top 7. Woohoo! $3! My biggest score to date! Too bad I didn't get to see how I could do at the final table (assuming I still would have made it).

That's funny. "Wow, this guys is tight."

Yesterday, I saw the whole table fold to the BB sitting out. I typed nh. Anything is possible.
