6-8 Tabling on Laptop Quick Q:
I know there's probably a thread on how to maximize your effiency and how to do it best on a laptop that can handle 1920x1200. Any software that helps, etc. Does anyone have an URL? I did a search and all I could find was "What Laptop should I buy".

Do a search for "OrkaDK" (user search). Look at the posts he has written and go to the thread called "multi tabling help". I regularly 8-12 table on my laptop without external monitors. Fabulous program--and FREE!

but it's so easy to use an extra monitor I don't see why you would want to it without.

Re: 6-8 Tabling on Laptop Quick Q:
Have you tried this program even when you have 2 monitors and 8 table? I figure it might be easier since you just have to use the keyboard. Atm i'm using a hotkey script and hotkey doesn't seem to be able to function with 6-8 tables (atleast what i'm aware of).

Re: 6-8 Tabling on Laptop Quick Q:
no i haven't used the program.
but if it's just a button that brings the 'other' screen up or something like that then i'm not interested. Using 2 monitors with the mouse just moving back and forth easily between the two is too simple to consider other alternatives. seeing all the tables at once is simply too valuable. |
