i'm reading The Food Revolution by John Robbins and apparently it's a lot healthier to eat a vegan diet than the carnivorous one i've been on. i don't know if i can live on such a diet but i'm trying to at least cut back on meat and dairy products.

[/ QUOTE ]its a hell of a lot better for you, very little fat, lots of protein and calcium I believe. When I was a baby I had to drink soy milk instead of regular milk, and now I can jump 4 feet. Soy milk, it did my body good.

I'm not positive about this, but I think that soy milk and 2% milk are very similar in nutritional content.
