Two Table Tourney

I will be leaving shortly to play NL at a friends house. It sounds like we will have about 14-16 people playing. So we will need to start w/ two tables.

How do you guys suggest we break up the tables? When there is five at each left? When it is down to ten, no matter if there is only a couple left at one table? Any suggestions would be great. Any official ruling on this?
