Neteller Switched to a Canadian Bank?

I don't know if what this guy is saying has any merit, but I thought I would post it anyway just to let people know.

gods-son: i spoke to neteller for 1 hour last night, i was furious
gods-son: as i had just deposited two checks recently
gods-son: and i was never informed of the chage

gods-son: the canadian bank they use, charges you. to convert your neteller check to canadian currency
gods-son: before payment
gods-son: a us check is no good now
PokerJedi: I just took 1500 from netteller, I did not see any fees
gods-son: has it cleared
PokerJedi: yes, but I do EFT and not checks
gods-son: so you did not recieve a check then

PokerJedi: have not had any fees yet
gods-son: but remember what i said if ever you ask for check
