Default Quick probability question

Apologies if this has been covered before, I did a search but couldnt find it. If there is a x% chance of an event happening, what is the chance of that event happening in a series out of a total sample n. So for example what is the chance of flipping a coin and getting heads 5 times in a row if you were to flip the coin 100 times.

This post links to all the methods for this type of problem. The simple recursion gives an exact answer. The example worked out is for getting 3 AA in a row in N hands, so for the coin flip, change the probability from 1/221 to 1/2.
