Anyone have an El Cortez poker room report?

I know I know, possibly (being kind I think) the worst casino with poker in Las Vegas.

AllVegas's El Cortez info is over 6 months old, was curious if anyone had risked a trip there since then and could give us a quick report on their poker room, I lasted played there, in the mid 90's.

Havn't been there but in years but if you want to play in a 2-4 structure game with the tightest group of 80 year olds you've ever played with go ahead. It's all you. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Back in the mid 90's I played 7 card stud there, and it was all under 50's, with teeth being optional, I recall someone giving me grief for taking $ off the table, I should have just left up $20 instead of giving it back, KARMA I guess.

2/4 sucks, but if the players are really that awful, it could be a nice warmup game.

We went there ONCE in '03 as part of a quick Video Poker slumming it Tour, didn't recall seeing the poker tables then, but then again probably wasn't looking...

Ok I played in it. Sommer teeth some arent. I actually think A few homeless people were in the game. Smoke smoke and more smoke. Did I mention he smoke? 3 tables. I think the table I was at was a 1-3 or 1-6 spread game. 1bb no sb. Players were horid worst by far in Vegas.


Seems that bottom pair no kicker is worth a call down for them. Did I mention the smoke? Game was good I just did not catch anycards.
