Default Flopped Set, Extracting Value

It was pretty early in a 3-Table 30+3. I had 3's and limped, hit a set. I think results are important here, should I have figured him for a straight draw?

Final Pot: t2445

The river betting is messed up a little, we both end up all in.

What do you think. Should I have folded after the check-raise? Should I have bet more on the turn getting him out.

Was it wrong to extract value like that on the turn and flop or should I have just won the pot there?

I pop the turn pretty hard -- maybe make it 300 to go, and then call the river raise.

His play is in step with someone holding 45, complete with weak blocking bet on the turn.

So reraising the river = REALLY STUPID. Yeah, I looked back on the hand, I would have had like T600 left if I didnt get really mad that he reraised me.

So I took it as in insult and went all in.
