Checking bonus status at Planetluck/Starluck Casino

Hey--

For anyone familiar with Star/Planet Luck casinos I was wondering how you can check the amount still needed to wagered before the bonus becomes cashable.

Ask support, or try to cash out.

I asked live support and it took them about 10 minutes to figure out that I did have enough wagered. They then said that I couldn't cash out for 24 hours. When I went to cashout, I got an error after it transfered to the ecash, so I had to call Ecash and they put it back in my StarLuck account and I had to wait another 8 hours to try again. On a good note, the 2nd time worked and my money was in my Neteller account in under 2 hrs.

I am currently trying to cash out on Planetluck and I got the same error trying to cash out so I'm waiting my 8 hours to cash out there.

On a side note, I'm curious how you did? I cashed out $168 on Starluck and $149 on Planetluck. Both were lower than I had hoped but I did make over $100 from the 2 together.

I'm currently playing at Starluck and according to live support I'm only halfway through my wager requirement, and unfortunately I'm already down to $125. It would be nice if there were some way to check your progress on your WR, or at least be able to instantly cashout instead of waiting possibly 24 hours. Also, from what I've read on Casino Whores I should, on average, make around $90 on Starluck but I'm already down to $25. I'm using the strategy card for Starluck, so should I just chalk it up to bad luck or is there something I completely missed? [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

Variance, just variance. I cashed out 125$ and 150$ when I did them.

the way I do it is to have windows calculator open next to the BJ table.

At start of session type in 1+ (or whatever amount you are betting) and then get into the habit of hitting the equals sign each time you hit deal double or split!

feels awkward at first, but after a few hundred hands becomes easier!

They only tally up your action once daily, around 2AM EST for the previous day. After this you can cashout if you have played enough.

If you think you played enough on the previous day, but it denies your cashout, you can click on the IGM Rewards button on the cashier and look at your rewards points statement. As a new player you should get 1 point for every $10 played, so you can see how much more play you need to put in to cash out on the next day.

I plan on doing PlanetLuck later this week or next, I've been too busy with the Party reload and compbonuses.

When I cashed out of StarLuck I cashed out $200, which makes a +$100 net.

Of course I went on tilt as I was about to finish my bonus, I was at like $160 something and I wanted to be back at $200, so you know, I casually put down a $20 bet. Hit eleven, and doubled down on the dealers 5.

Made it back to $200 and quit.

I can easily see how someone could lose it all, trying to Martinegale their losses.

You get 1 point per $15 wagered for BJ at Silver status.
