Default Rolling Stones

Just started playing at SBC Park. I saw them about 15 years ago on their Steel Wheels tour. Just like then, they kick things off with Start Me Up. They sound great, and I'm two blocks away.

LOL yeah I've been to some of those stadium concerts where you couldn't really tell for sure who was who, the stage was so far away. I remember at one my friends were arguing over whether some guy walking around on the left side of the stage was Mick singing or a roadie adjusting some stuff. Even the big screen t.v.'s didn't help, we were so far away.

The sound was still great, and I love the Stones, but being that far away can be kind of a weird experience. I felt like I went, but never really went, at the same time.

My dad went with my brother while I was at school. Jealous as hell. Said they were amazing.

I saw them in Atlanta a few weeks ago. Very good show. Do you know who opened?

God, the Rolling Stones are overrated. I'd consider going if they played Sympathy For The Devil for 2 straight hours, though.

I wasn't home when the concert started, but I just looked online and it said Everclear/Metallica. I'll check out the openers when they play again on Tuesday night.

I can't wait to check out Mike L.'s band at SBC Park tomorrow. It's gonna rock.
