Good luck with dealing with this, trying breaking things, anything around the house that you may not need anymore... just make sure it is not expensive.

In all seriousness, it depends on the situation. If it was a dirty break up, she cheated on you, or something of the sorts - this is what you do.

[censored] her best friend and the person she hates the most. Perfect revenge, it worked for me.

If it was just a normal break-up, what do you expect? There's no magic cure. You let time heal the wounds and try to find someone else.
