In all seriousness, it depends on the situation. If it was a dirty break up, she cheated on you, or something of the sorts - this is what you do.
[censored] her best friend and the person she hates the most. Perfect revenge, it worked for me. If it was just a normal break-up, what do you expect? There's no magic cure. You let time heal the wounds and try to find someone else.
