Question for Mason...Ban this spam??

Mason,

In the past day, a new registered member (9/14) with the handle nickpepper has posted spam in about 10 posts out of 14 total postings.

Can/should this person be banned??

just use the "notify moderator button" under his posts and everything should get taken care of.
