Default Help Needed on Problem with Totalbet

Has anyone experienced anything similar to this at Totalbet?

For a few months I have had an account at Totalbet to whore monthly bonus. Up until yesterday everything had gone smoothly.

Yesterday I opened Totalbet and tried to login. At the login screen when I clicked login I got a pop up that said "system error". I exited, waited a few minutes and opend Totalbet again. This time there was a popup screen saying there was a software upgrade and did I want to update now? I clicked yes. The popup disappeared and I was left with the lobby screen up saying it was "connecting", just like it does for a few seconds when you first open a Crypto skin. (No mesaage or popup or bar giving status of the upgrade download.) I waited 20 minutes. Nothing chnaged.

I exited Totalbet and tried again. Same message about an upgrade, I click on yes again, but same result. This time
I waited 30 minutes hoping I might get a message of some sort indicating upgrade was complete. Finally gave up and exited.

My knowledge of computers/software is VERY limited. So what do you guys suggest should be my next step? I have already rejected the idea of emailing totalbet since all Crypto site customer services seems to take either several days to respond or they don't respond at all.

Appreciate any ideas or suggestions.

Had a similar problem with intercasino. After talking to support ( very slow) delete the software and download fresh from the site. Worked for me.

I had the same thing happen. I downloaded the software and overwrote the old file. Still (system error). Tried to log on from friends computer, he could log on but not me. I have an account and also my wife. I did clear that with some of the other Crypto sites that said it was okay, I did not clear ot with Total Bet. I just made an assumption that it was okay. No problem with UK Betting who I believe is run by the same people.
I did email them yesterday and no response.

Anyone else have a problem similar to mine and aslowjoe's that might read this?

Anyone else get a Totalbet "software upgrade" popup and if so, did it work OK for you?

I did and it came close to driving me crazy last weekend. Couldn't log in. Then got the software upgrade that would do nothing.

What I did was: uninstall TotalBet entirely (using Add/remove programs from Windows Settings), go back to TotalBet website and downloaded the program, then after download and the program started up, I went to "Register", then "Activate" where I entered my username/password and my account number (if you have a letter in front of it, include that too) and presto! problem solved.

That's what worked for me. good luck

Yep, I had the same problem. I totally uninstalled the Totalbet software, and re-downloaded the latest version from the Totalbet website. This seemed to fix the problem.

Note that with the newly installed program you'll have to "Activate" your account before you log on.

Default Crazy88 and Ojo Rojo, Thanks Guys

This is one reason why the zoo is a great page.

I'll uninstall reinstall later today.
