Well I just went to Ace Club, and talked to one of the fine CS reps ( )

He assured me that this was NOT a scam, and to forward the email to them and that they would send it to the marketing dept.

Will report when I receive any reply....

A REALLY quick response, but its the typical "dont call us, we'll call you" reply:

Dear Timothy,

Thank you for contacting AceClub Casino Customer Care.

We have forwarded the email to our marketing team and they are looking into it. It will take 24 to 48 hours for us to get the update. Once we receive the email we will get back to you.

You might want to change your user name. I doubt this
is a problem but some of the crooks on the net have huge
lists of passwords and they can try all of these against
your username.

It probally won't happen but it's always better to be safe
than sorry. If nothing else change your password to
a mix of letters and numbers(no birthdays,address or phone#)

And even though it's a pain change your password every month
or so.

DOH! I got this email this morning too. I actually did reply to it with my username.

Well, if it is a scam, I doubt someone can do too much with my username, I didn't send my passwd or anything.

I'll respond with any results after a couple days.

I got this, too. This is the first time I've received what seems like a dubious email from a casino. I was excited at first, and then realized there weren't any terms and conditions. Looked to see if anyone else got it, and here I am.

Hope it's good. Looking forward to the response you get from CS.

I got this also. My first thought was that it was a scam because the lack of T&C was disturbing. However, as another poster points out, they only ask for your username, and I'm not sure how much can be done with only that information.

It seems improbable that someone running a scam got ahold of a number of email addresses that all have AceClub accounts (I assume we all have one since no one has said otherwise).

I was going to try to get someone on live chat later today and will post any answer I get in this thread.
