Default what do you think of this semibluff?

villain had been putting out feeler bets every time the flop was checked. I decided to try to take him off this one with a semi-bluff.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (3 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Hero (t2000)
BB (t2530)
Button (t4470)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
Button raises to t400</font>, Hero calls t300, 1 fold</font>.

Flop: (t750) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)</font>
Hero checks, Button checks.

Turn: (t750) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)</font>
Hero checks, Button bets t200</font>, Hero raises to t600</font>

I'll post the rest of the hand after I get some responses

If you're going to do this, you have to raise more than 600. The pot is 1200 so probably push.

I really like shoving it in preflop here.

preflop - Hero puts in 400, button puts in 400, BB puts in 200; total = 1000
post-flop no money enters pot
post-turn - button puts in 200, hero puts in 600; total = 800

So the pot is 1800 and he has to call 400:

I hate this semi-bluff. If you want to do this I think you have to make a real raise; in other words I think you have to raise much more. If you're only going to raise this much then in my opinion you should just call cause he shoudldn't be going anywhere and so now you just have your 20% chance of hitting the flush. Your straight may be good as well.

I think villain has absolutely nothing, so you push and he folds. Like the others said your raise was a bit low because you're giving him great pot odds. If he doesn't have an ace you have 3000 outs though.

I don't think you get folds all that often. But at least you have some outs.

If he was putting out raises all the time when checked to him on the flop but not here, did it send out warning signals? (nm, I thought he tried to take down pots on the flop).

I play it very different then how you played it. Re-raise to t1200 preflop, and call a push. On the flop, stick your money in to matter what come cards up.

Given the preflop call, I would have lead out on the flop in an attempt to take it down. Since you checked the flop, I would have led the turn for t500. I think you played this too passive.

You put in 60% of your stack preflop? Wouldn't a push be better? (or a smaller raise)

Okay, Villain reraises all in. What now? Make a committed call?
