Can I add a 2nd video card to a Dimension E510 (Need answer now!)

So Dell support is useless and can't tell me if I can add a second video card or not to the computer I want to get. I have a coupon but it's gonna expire soon so I need to act fast.

If I get a Dimension E510 can I add a second video card to it (the one included only has 1 DVI output and I want to run 3 monitors anyways, the plan is to add a dual-dvi video card after my dell comes for 3 dvi total)? Will this work?
