Painfully slow PrimaPoker support?

I have been having problems with starting a new account at a new PrimaPoker skin (to obtain rakeback). I have forgotten my verification code which I need but they have not responded to my e-mails for 24 hours. They said they will mail me the password after a quick call to support. But still no news.

I have switched off all my e-mail filters so what's going on here? Is Primapoker support normally this painfully slow?
