Default 2/4 Clear river fold?

villian is wonderfully ordinary and pretty predicatable. I can't tell if i beat his set here, or if he donk called to hit. His stats are 30/7/1.5 and has done NOTHING out of the ordinary. He took FOREVER to call on the turn and autopushed river. This position sucks.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $4 BB (8 handed) converter

MP2 ($217.40)
Hero ($644.85)
Button ($337.10)
SB ($593)
BB ($260.80)
UTG ($400)
UTG+1 ($159.35)
MP1 ($1405.20)

Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls $4, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP2 calls $4, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $20</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, UTG calls $16, MP2 folds.

Flop: ($50) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $35</font>, UTG calls $35.

Turn: ($120) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $100</font>, UTG calls $100.

River: ($320) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $245 (All-In)</font>, Hero ???

its 245 into a 565 pot. so odds are roughly 2.5-1...

Interesting.

It basically boils down into a pot odds question... is there at least a 30% chance he's doing this with a missed OESD or just doesn't like the idea of surrendering a big pot. He might have limp/called with AA (I see people do this all the time) and just isn't a good player. I call, but I think it's pretty close.

it is very close. See Jhall's post in TWP's set post (in the digest) for what i thought might run a bluff here. i can't see him calling just to push any club w/o having it tho. But it looks sooo much like he's trying to blow me off something here. The slow call and autopush is tricky.

i've learned however that when confused, folding is usually best.

I would much rather call this at 5/10, no?

I think using the limit to justify a call here is a bit presumptuous.

standard 2/4 player is NOT creative. i would lean towards a call here at 5/10 actually.
