For me, it has to be Barbers "Adagio for Strings", followed by a close second of Moonlight Sonata.

Beethoven's glorious 9th, 'Ode to Joy'.

Best composers in terms of consistently good: Bach, Elgar, Beethoven.

Mozart's overrated - too many notes.
