All cash games in the UK are pot-limit and are often dealers choice games. Don't bother looking for a limit game.

Also, just about everywhere you can play will require that you are a member for 24hours first (UK Gambling laws). You can apply for membership by faxing the casino in question.

www.pokerineurope.com has a directory of casinos. The Vic in London is the biggest and most well known of these.
