does fulltilt have the slowest service?

am trying to give this site some business, but whenever i have a question regarding signup bonuses, or deposit issues, they usually only answer my eamils about 2-4 days later, and sometimes not at all.

And its not like i flood them with tons either....only sent about 6 intotal over 3 weeks.

Never had any problems, no matter what time of day I e-mail, or what it is in regard to. Always get a reply within 3-10 minutes.
