I'm kinda confused by what your problem is. You put him on a draw and/or bluff and you call. You probably are weak-tight if you're worried about getting suckout on and want to fold b/c you could lose. Really the best advice is if you're not willing or don't want to make a call when you are ahead you really shouldn't play poker.

You would really feel (and play) a lot better if you made a point to consider the hand over at the time that all the money goes in. Take your odds of winning, multiply by the pot size, subtract what you put in. What remains is your real profit, no matter what actually happens.
