PP Shootouts not runing?

Is there a problem with my client or do shootouts just not run anymore? I've not been able to get them to load in the partypoker lobby for the last several days

I posted the same question about a week or so ago and never got a responce. Try emailing party's customer service. (i should have thought of that before)
