Default 20-40 common situaltion

Ok I think I found a big leak. I seem to make plays like I did in the following hand whene I'm playing not my A game now that I think about it. I'd would like to know how awfull this really is.

Folded to me in CO-1, I raise red 77, awfull fish calls on the button (any sooted, any conncted, most kings, any pair)and BB three bets( 10-10, AQ suited or better). We both call.

Flop: J, 8, 6 with J8 of spades

BB bets (he will do this with ak, often will bet the turn as well if we only call ) I call, button calls. Turn is another 8, BB bets, and I raise....

Ok, so my question basicly is am I better of just folding on the flop. I'm thinking I should, and that these situations cost me a lot.

your hand is too strong here not to procede. i really think the bb is capable of 3betting alot more hands than a pair higher than yours. if you have a read otherwise that hes going to treat your pfr as a raise from an EP, then yah you can feel free to cut it loose. btw, raising this flop is much better than calling because the button is in.
