Withdrawal woes - need help

I started playing on Victor Chandler Poker about three months ago. It started out just for fun, playing their 10 cent limit tournament giveaways. I had some success in these and climbed up the ladder. About one month ago I hit $600 and decided it was time to make a withdraw into my newly created Neteller account.

I emailed them to see what was needed to complete the process and faxed in my credit card information like they asked. They emailed back saying it would take 3 days to process. 4 days later I talked to an onsite manager and I found out that the documents were missing, "probably destroyed" he told me. Well I resent the information. Again four days later I was told that it was the wrong information. After a long time in conversation he informed me that just one more ID was required. So again after the new fax, four days later I called the site and was told that my information was cleared and the cash would be transferred in 2-5 business days.

Well six business days past so I talked to the onsite manager again, and was told that it was changed to 5-7 business days. After 9 business days I again talked to the manager and was told that there was an internal error. He then told me he would put my cash-out request back into processing and that it will take another 5-7 business days to complete.

Ok, I'm new to online gaming but this is not how it is on most sites is it? Has anyone had troubles like this in the past and if so are there anyways to speed things up a bit? Also I would like to take a portion of my cash-out and place it into another site, but I am skeptical if there is this much hassle. Is there a listing of all the poker sites and how well they rank in categories like this one? Thank you for your help.

I've not had any problems like this. Some casinos have been very slow to pay out, but eventually sent the cash, but no poker room has taken more then 4 days for me. (And I've never been asked for documentation, lucky me.)

The cryptologic rooms, prima rooms (esp Captain Cook's), party, UB, Pacific have all sent me the cash promptly. Well, Pacific managed to take 6 working days. Party usually have the cash deposited to my Neteller account within 3 hours.
